We took a long walk from Marble Arch through various Royal Parks: Hyde Park, Green Park, and St. James Park. Each of them has great trees and Green and St. James have bird-filled ponds. This is a young Moorhen.

From there, it is a short walk to the Darlands Nature Reserve, a beautiful place. These Mandarin Ducks are related to our gorgeous Wood Ducks. We never saw the amazing male, though.
